Starting July 17th we will be returning to Rockfield to play. Please by there by 8am so that we can arrange balanced teams, and start on time.

We will be changing field and time on Sunday. The game will be at Wildflower Field #2. Game starts at 8am, until 10am Address is 635 W Avenida De Los Arboles, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. It’s west of Lynn Rd.

A Fundraiser to help the Lviv, Children Hospital – Orly,Lviv Ukraine. All funds will be used for emergency medical supplies and equipment. Dr. Zoryana Ivanyuk is our CMCF Director in Ukraine and has collaborated with us for over 20 years! All your help is so much appreciated. Thank you.

Ever get stung by a bee?

My 10 inch chest wound was stapled shut with 42 staples

Yesterday they removed them one-by-one. Each one felt like a bee sting———–42 times

I asked for a bullet to bite but I was told to “suck it up”!

Today at the VA clinic I had no more infection in my blood——-big relief!

Tomorrow will be the last of the daily 4 IVs administered by needle.

But the daily 13 pills I must take will remain.

Now I must increase my walking every day. I get exhausted after a short distance.

ps. I have lost 25 lbs I look in the mirror and ask “who is this guy”?

Patrick is undergoing a heart operation on Monday at the VA hospital.  We ask for your thoughts and prayers. As you know we are all indebted to Patrick for starting Conejo 76, back in 1976, and running the league and games until a few years ago.  There is no way the league would exist without Patrick’s efforts.  We’ll keep the website updated of Patrick’s progress.
